Awful company with atrocious returns…
Awful company with atrocious returns policy and customer service. The glasses I was sent look nothing like the ones I ordered but can't get a refund. I've had some from Firmoo and Vooglam and received 100% refunds from both if not happy (buying for myself and others). I was offered £10 from Aoolia, its a rip off. Poor quality glasses to get people's money.

According to our policy: For any customer-caused issues like incorrect prescription entry, wrong size selection, or personal dissatisfaction, returns are accepted but return shipping fees will be the customer's responsibility.
