Received two pairs of glasses, one transition, one bifocal, and both I can't see out of. The bifocal I don't know how they got so wrong, they are completely in the wrong position for my eyes. Add to that the frames are terrible quality and they are made and sent from China. I emailed my concerns and asked for a refund and was told they will reposition them for free, I replies and received no response. I've purchased online before with the exact same prescription from places like Firmoo and never had any issues. Very very disappointed!

fürchterliche Trödelei , teures Experiment ! komplizierte Kommunikation wegen jeweils tagelang verzögerten unverständlichen Antworten (KI?) ,absolut unflexible Problembearbeitung ! nach mehr als einer Woche ist der Fertigungsauftrag für die Brille immer noch nicht fertig - wie lange die Fertigstellung danach dauern würde probiere ich nicht aus - ich bestelle nicht zum Spaß und brauche die neue Brille- deshalb Storno! Danach erhalte ich keine Antwort mehr - eine Rückerstattung ist auch nicht erfolgt ! Beim Online Mitbewerber habe ich einen Tag nach der Konfiguration einen festen Liefertermin eine Woche später - Brille nicht ganz so exotisch bunt , aber dafür auf meiner Nase und nicht nur auf einem Bestellformular !

I received a pair of glasses that I could not wear, but the company would not give me a refund or send a pair that I could wear. They were not responsive to emails and kept telling me glasses were on the way. I am out $400. Do not order from them. They will respond on reviews like this, but they do not respond to my emails. Update: They still have not refunded my money and are giving me the run around. Do not order from this company. They are not trustworthy.

Still no news of my order after more than 3 weeks now, impossible to reach support... Would so much look like a scam if it wasn't for the positive reviews. For now, total disappointment

Complete scam. Took money never sent the product. Instead saying they have got the product back from their delivery partner. However not giving me money back. Stay away. Company is in China and they dont care

Glasses arrived and one pair didnt feel right, i got them checked at a loacl options and the pair had the wrong PD. I immediately emailed within 24 hrs of receiving the glasses and not getting a reply on how they will fix their mistake.

I submitted my prescription and the wrong prescription was ordered and I asked for a copy of the prescription submitted without any response or submitting of new glasses.

La qualité des verres photochromiques n’est pas au rendez-vous. J’essaye depuis 15 jours d’obtenir une étiquette de retour sans succès, malgré des preuves photos & videos. La seule solution qui m’a été proposée était de recevoir une paire de lunettes solaires. J’ai refusé et j’attends leur réponse depuis. Le service client est très difficilement joignable. J’attends des nouvelles rapidement.
