We do not buy travel insurance most of the time. In fact, after cruising, let’s say, a bunch, we seldom have bought the insurance, with no regrets ( probably barely dodging multiple tragedies). We bought insurance to cover our most recent trip in order to protect relative to a Family members health. Instead, my wife fell which prevented our trip. AON stepped up to the plate and honored the policy perfectly. Thanks.

Took too long to review and accept. Then when did accept it took another 15 days to receive payment. NCL refunded their amount extremely fast.

The claim process was very easy to complete online. We were able to have our refund directly deposited into our checking account and that was handled promptly and efficiently.

Checked online claim processing policy. Followed simple instructions, NP, but I had difficulty downloading all required documents, so I used USPS and mailed old fashioned way. In two weeks, I received email notification of Aon approval, next day, I was requested our preferred best method of payment, next day, electronic payment(s) were deposited into account. Almost flawless, efficient process. Just about a month from start to finish and that's including USPS time for mailing.

We had to cancel a very expensive trip at the last minute due to 2 medical issues. The refund request process was tedious but necessary and within a week of submission, AON refunded all of our costs, less what we paid for the insurance. I highly recommend them for travel insurance.
