The price displayed on the website was the result of an isolated pricing error and was not the intended selling price of the item. Unfortunately, the error was not caught before the order was placed. While pricing errors can occasionally happen, they are extremely uncommon for us, and we take great care to ensure our products are accurately represented. In this case, the item had a retail value of more than $2,500, but was mistakenly listed at $108. Once the error was identified, we had no choice but to cancel the order rather than fulfill it at an incorrect price. We understand that receiving an order confirmation and then learning that the order was canceled is frustrating, and we are sorry that we did not communicate this better. We absolutely understand your disappointment, but we want to assure you that this was an honest and isolated pricing mistake, not an attempt to mislead our customers. We appreciate your feedback and have taken steps internally to help prevent this type of error from happening again.
