We’re sorry the Wooden Fish Shaped Wall Hook Rack didn’t meet your expectations for quality and value. Waiting so long and having to follow up multiple times added to your disappointment, and we understand your frustration. Thank you for sharing this honest feedback, it highlights where we need to do better with both our products and your experience.

We’re truly sorry for the frustration and concern this has caused. We completely understand how upsetting it is to be waiting for an order without the updates you expected, especially on your very first purchase with us. We can assure you that Antique Farmhouse is very much a legitimate business, and we’re disappointed that your first experience left you feeling otherwise. Some of our items do have longer processing times before shipment, which are noted on our website, but you absolutely should have received an order confirmation and should be able to reach our Customer Service team for assistance. We’d really like the opportunity to look into your order and find out exactly what happened. Please contact our Customer Service team with your order information so we can personally investigate the status and make this right. We sincerely hope you’ll give us the chance to turn this first experience around.

Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We’re truly sorry that your experience has been inconsistent and frustrating, especially as a first-time customer. That’s not the impression we want to leave. While oversized tractor-trailer deliveries and curbside/porch drop-off are standard for large freight, accuracy, packaging quality, and item condition should always meet expectations. We regret that this was not the case with several of your deliveries. Receiving the wrong item, encountering damaged packaging, and needing to refuse a delivery is understandably disappointing. We appreciate that you documented the damage and notified our team promptly. Your refund request for the damaged item is being processed, and we are actively monitoring the remaining deliveries to ensure they arrive correctly and in proper condition. Your comments regarding warehouse handling, order verification, and delivery consistency have been shared internally for review and improvement. We value your feedback—it helps us identify where we need to do better. If you’re willing, we’d like the opportunity to make this right and restore your confidence in us. Please reach out to our customer support team directly so we can assist further. Thank you again for your honesty.

We’re really sorry to hear you’ve been disappointed. We do our best to curate unique and high-quality pieces, but we understand that expectations can vary. While some of our items are vintage-inspired, we never want anyone to feel misled. As for shipping and returns, we know they can take time, and we totally get how frustrating that can be. We appreciate you giving us a shot over the years and truly value your feedback. If there’s anything we can do to make this right, just let us know!
