Thank you for considering Antique Farmhouse for your first order! We’re happy you found something that caught your eye. Our free shipping offer specifies that orders must be **over $49** to qualify, so an order totaling exactly $49 would have a $9.95 shipping charge. We completely understand wanting to start with one special piece before placing a larger order. Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts and for considering our small business. We’d love to welcome you as a customer!

We’re sorry your purchases have left you disappointed. The vibrant green color was what drew you to this pot, and we understand why receiving a finish that looked so different was frustrating, especially after a month’s wait. Clear product photos and descriptions matter, and we take your concern about the difference seriously. Thank you for giving Antique Farmhouse a try, we’re sorry we fell short of your expectations.

We’re sorry to hear that your experience has been disappointing. We do want to clarify that your order was placed on August 31, and the product you purchased clearly states a shipping timeframe of up to 15 business days. Your order is still within that timeframe, and we apologize if this was not clear when you placed your order. That said, we never want a customer to feel unheard or dismissed. I have personally issued a full refund for your order, and you should see the funds returned to your original payment method within 3 business days. We’re sorry we couldn’t meet your expectations this time, and we hope you’ll consider giving us another opportunity in the future. Nadia

Thank you for sharing your concerns. We sincerely apologize for the frustration and disappointment this situation caused. The price displayed on the website was the result of an isolated pricing error and was not the intended selling price of the item. Unfortunately, the error was not caught before the order was placed. While pricing errors can occasionally happen, they are extremely uncommon for us, and we take great care to ensure our products are accurately represented. In this case, the item had a retail value of more than $2,500, but was mistakenly listed at $108. Once the error was identified, we had no choice but to cancel the order rather than fulfill it at an incorrect price. We understand that receiving an order confirmation and then learning that the order was canceled is frustrating, and we are sorry that we did not communicate this better. We absolutely understand your disappointment, but we want to assure you that this was an honest and isolated pricing mistake, not an attempt to mislead our customers. We appreciate your feedback and have taken steps internally to help prevent this type of error from happening again.

We're very sorry to hear about your experience and understand why you're frustrated. That was never the experience we want for our customers. We'd like the opportunity to review what happened with your return request and the email timeline. If there was a delay in communication, we want to investigate it and see what we can do to help. Our return window and restocking fee are part of our published return policy, but we understand how disappointing it is when timing becomes an issue. We certainly never intend to delay responses so that a return becomes ineligible. Please reply to us directly with your order number, and we'll personally review your case to see if there's a resolution available. We value your feedback and hope we can make this right.
