Customer Service was incredibly great
Customer Service was incredibly great. A package arrived and styrofoam had melted into a huge glob around the product I ordered. Lori took great care of the issue and re-sent the order to me. She was so kind, empathic, and polite. Said she treats her customers as she would want to be treated if the roles were reversed. I just don’t find that type if outstanding customer service at many places these days. Kudos to Antique Farmhouse and Lori.

Thank you for giving Lori such a lovely shout-out! We’re sorry your package arrived that way, but we’re so glad she made things right and helped you feel cared for along the way. Treating customers with the kindness we’d want ourselves is something we take to heart. We’ll be sure to share your words with Lori, they’ll make her day!

Wooden Fish Shaped Wall Hook Rack
I ordered the Wooden Fish Shaped Wall Hook Rack and for $56, made in China, and a month to deliver, I am sorely disappointed. While cute, it is cheaply made and grossly overpriced. Further, I had to follow up and contact customer service multiple times to get my item. Shipping was painfully slow.
Response from Antique FarmhouseOct 8, 2026
We’re sorry the Wooden Fish Shaped Wall Hook Rack didn’t meet your expectations for quality and value. Waiting so long and having to follow up multiple times added to your disappointment, and we understand your frustration. Thank you for sharing this honest feedback, it highlights where we need to do better with both our products and your experience.

Great Experience
I just received my tabletop glass curio. It is the perfect size to display some of my mom’s favorite things. She would have loved the look and size of this little glass case. I must compliment them on the quality of the product, the packing to protect it in shipping and the on time delivery. I will definitely shop w them again!!
