I talked to Kevin Wagner and he was very upfront, however the fees were to expensive for me to proceed. He did tell me to call the IRS to try and get penalties and interest forgiven under the first time penalty abatement. Also to see if they can lower the monthly payment.

Dont look anywhere else!! A "10 STAR "CO.I was hesitant to reach out to a TAX CO. out of State. I live in Texas.They are based in California but service all 50 states. I read the reviews and just had this good feeling. Best decision I ever made! First person I spoke with was Adam Gurr. He listened to my dilemma, my son owed the IRS $65,000 in back taxes. Adam was genuinely concerned and felt positive my son would qualify for the DO NOT COLLECT option which he patiently explained what that meant,then I got to speak with Amanda, Stephanie, Destiny,Melissa, they are a team of experts each with their own specialty. My son has a severe mental illness which caused his financial crisis. He hadn't filed income taxes for several years. Our case was complex,time consuming. The team worked from Oct 2025- Mar 2026. There were numerous phone conversations & emails almost daily. My Destiny Arreola ♥️ 💖 got me through the stress and I never had to wait for a return call. If I called with questions Destiny immediately answered or returned my call within min.I'm 74 and Destiny was my moral support, I cried sometimes ,she listened ,she showed compassion,when I was frustrated about the Revenue Officer she cheered me up. She was patient always cheerful and pleasant when I didnt understand things. Melissa, poor sweet girl had the unpleasant duty of handling the REVENUE OFFICER and that woman was relentless. She thought my son had 9 million $$ ,yes MILLIONS hidden in some bank account. His car was repossessed, he doesn't own a home, He is on disability $1250.00 a month.This was just absurd. Melissa gave me the good news that the taxes are in a DO NOT COLLECT, no garnishment or levies provided he doesn't earn any extra money during the alloted time period. Destiny ,all of the team members treated us like family. If you owe taxes, they have the experts that can file taxes for you if you neglected to do so ,relieve you of your debt.THANK YOU ANTHEM,I am blessed to have chosen your company. Noone could do a better job. I can sleep at night now! I miss Destiny's sweet voice. What an ASSET you AND your team are to ANTHEM TAX SERVICES *****I'd like to add they have 315 REVIEWS 85% GAVE" 5 STARS". UNLIKE THE 12% who gave 1 star and stated the STAFF used high pressure tactics to get more money or were rude that was NOT the case for me or the 85,% Adam actually got me a discount and the amount I paid was so worth getting $65,000 off my son's debt. If I could give negative stars I would. They did aboslutely nothing - not only did we pay the large fee, they took so long that we incurred another $15000 in interest/fines. What they said would take 6-9 months was well over a year. Their solution was a 5 year pay off plan that we couldn't afford - they said they would talk to the IRS again and call us in two weeks. Never did. We could have swing a 12 months before, before encuring all the new interest and fines. I can't call them predatory as we went to them - once they have your money it seems they sit on their hands and have no sense of urgency to get something worked out. We called the IRS at one point - no had ever called to talk to them about us and our tax debt. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We had hope in the beginning, we really did. You are better off either finding a different company or selling a kidney. You will be better off with one kidney than working with Anthem. If we could afford an attorney, we would try to get our money back. But we don't. Again, do not use Anthem. Do NOT! I looked it up, Septmeber 2024 is when things started, December 2025 is when things ended with no returned calls. Awesome.
