The last group I had handling my taxes was difficult to communicate with. I was often unsure of my standing and would sometimes have to wait days or weeks for resolution. Not with Clara. She has been a rockstar. Concise and prompt with clear communication of status and needed materials. 10/10

After a bit of a slow start, Anthem was able to help set up the payments with the IRS. Once Anastasia Martyanova got on my case, the IRS gave me an abatement of taxes and penalties of nearly $9,000.

I had the pleasure of working with Clara Velez from Anthem, and I cannot say enough positive things about my experience. Dealing with years of tax issues and the IRS can be incredibly overwhelming, but Clara guided me through the process with exceptional patience, professionalism, and compassion. She consistently stayed in contact, kept me informed, and was always on top of every detail. What stood out most was how much she genuinely seemed to care about achieving the best possible resolution for my situation. Her dedication and commitment were evident in every interaction. If I’m taking the time to write this review, it’s because the service I received was truly exceptional. Clara’s efforts made a difficult process far less stressful, and I am extremely grateful for all of her hard work. Thank you, Clara. Your help is sincerely appreciated.Mark Or, if you want it a little warmer and more personal: Clara Velez from Anthem is simply outstanding. Resolving years of tax issues and dealing with the IRS can feel overwhelming, but Clara handled everything with the patience and understanding of a saint. She was always responsive, kept me updated, and made sure nothing fell through the cracks. More importantly, her actions showed that she genuinely cared and wanted the best possible outcome for me. In today’s world, that level of dedication and customer service is rare. The fact that I’m taking the time to write this review says a lot. Exceptional service deserves recognition. Thank you for all of your hard work and support. It was truly appreciated.Mark

Clara Velez is hands down the absolute best there is! She works with you and goes above and beyond to help you out. I am so happy to have her helping me resolve my tax issues. If possible I would give her a galaxy of stars instead of just 5 stars.
