Called Anthem Tax Services on a whim after ignoring IRS notices for months. Their free consultation was legit and that’s what we made me stick around with them. The representative spent 45 minutes reviewing my situation over the phone, explained options I didn't even know existed (like Currently Not Collectible), and only then did we talk next steps. Ended up signing on, and they resolved my $22k debt with a partial payment agreement. Wish more services started like this; it made the whole process feel less intimidating.

This service was wonderful at the very first stage. However, the agent in charge of my case dropped the ball: I made all my monthly payments but it was months until a new agent picked up my case, only after my phone call inquiries. Once it was picked up, the process went quickly. The attorney assigned to my case was exceptional in customer service and speed of the process.

For the most part your company was amazing. Was very frustrated in the response time when emailing my contact. I had to send 2nd emails to get responses. Other than that Joseph, Bryce, Christian were amazing. Like I said for most part my experience was great.

I would give it a 5, our attorney was wonderful! But a little disappointed in the last couple of months I had emailed her a few times about a few issues that came up and she never emailed me back or responded, it’s almost like well I took care of your payment plan and now I don’t have to communicate anymore with the client. All I ask is a response to my emails. I know she’s busy but at least respond within a week or so.

While my results with Anthem were good, in terms of arriving at an apparent satisfactory resolution with IRS. However, I was never able to get a written confirmation (only verbal) from Anthem regarding the IRS resolution-despite several unsuccessful attempts asking Anthem for something in writing. Instead they said, verbally, that I was free to call IRS directly to get a response. Needless-to-day, I was quite uncomfortable with this only-verbal response. So, as we speak, I still have not yet received anything IN WRITING, regarding Anthem’s apparent agreement reached with IRS. I will conclude by saying Anthem apparently did it’s job since I no longer receive delinquent tax inquiries from IRS. Thanks for the opportunity to comment.
