Clara Valez is always very helpful explaining everything and answering any questions I may have. She shows empathy towards me with my unique individual tax situation. Returns my calls promptly and is patient with me, letting me explain things.

The experience with Anthem Tax has been very honest experience. The company works hard for the client and explains everything in detail of what is expected

I talked to Kevin Wagner and he was very upfront, however the fees were to expensive for me to proceed. He did tell me to call the IRS to try and get penalties and interest forgiven under the first time penalty abatement. Also to see if they can lower the monthly payment.

Great experience with Anthem Tax Services. The team was professional, helpful, and made the entire tax process easy to understand.

The tax adviser was very forthcoming and determined that they could not help after Optima Tax service had created barriers to my tax solution.

Eric was very understanding in my situation. He was attentive and allowed me to work with my requirements.

Francisco Ruiz was kind and non judgemental. Put me at ease. He was unable to help me because of financial hardship on my end, but that's certainly not his fault.

I’m a customer of Anthem Tax Service and I had problems with the company due to communication issues. I recently wrote a very negative review of Anthem and now I’d like to update my review because I asked for and I was contacted by the owner of Anthem. We had a long and very Positive conversation at which time he made No Excuses. He took 100 percent of the blame and asked for my input in areas that were a problem for me. He explained how the company has had a very rapid growth in the recent year and communication became a major problem. He assured me that my account situation with the IRS was resolved in a Very Positive way and immediately made sure that the issues I had with his company were resolved. I immediately received the confirmation letter from the IRS that I had been seeking informing me of the Positive status I had obtained from the IRS. As a former business owner that also had a Very rapid growth and can understand the problems he was having with so many new employees and new accounts to handle. He promised me that he would make sure that my account would be monitored and that I could rest easy with my previous concerns. I no longer feel that anyone should be worried about any negative reviews they might read because Anthem is correcting their problems and will be able to offer a Great service to their customers!
