I researched different companies and spoke to 3 to determine which one to use. I selected Anthem because my questions were answered without hesitation and the process was explained in detail. The people I spoke to were friendly, yet professional, and I was not pushed or rushed. Dealing with the IRS is not a joy, so it was good to feel that someone was on my side. I felt everything was handled very well and within a reasonable time. I would certainly refer people to Anthem. The only thing I would suggest is that there be a letter sent to the client to verify the exact end result in case it needed to be confirmed to an outside party and to give the client a confirmation that the IRS was satisfied.

Not what I thought at all . now a days we can work with IRS by making time and proven your financial hardship. No need to pay this companies that overcharged and mid interpret what they sell.

Anthem was very good with communication, aggressive tax intervention, and follow-up through the whole process. Took a little longer than expected but I got excellent results. God bless Anthem Tax services.

Can’t say it was a good experience using Anthem. I’ve tried reaching them on several attempts and no one called me back. I was having problems making my payments so I called Anthem to see if they could reduce the payments until I could afford to pay the full amount, they went down less than $50 a month. So now I am having to deal with the IRS directly, because no one ever returned my phone call.

This company is the best

Not very good at following up. They will go weeks without communicating clearly with the customer. They tell you one thing and do another. We will see what the end result for my actual taxes will be.... not really impressed with their customer service though.

While my results with Anthem were good, in terms of arriving at an apparent satisfactory resolution with IRS. However, I was never able to get a written confirmation (only verbal) from Anthem regarding the IRS resolution-despite several unsuccessful attempts asking Anthem for something in writing. Instead they said, verbally, that I was free to call IRS directly to get a response. Needless-to-day, I was quite uncomfortable with this only-verbal response. So, as we speak, I still have not yet received anything IN WRITING, regarding Anthem’s apparent agreement reached with IRS. I will conclude by saying Anthem apparently did it’s job since I no longer receive delinquent tax inquiries from IRS. Thanks for the opportunity to comment.

Anthem tax service did an amazing job, helping my husband Ed's back tax issue! Our case was handled by Daniel a very well spoken, understanding an well knowledgeable in his field ! Daniel saved us thousands of dollars in back taxes, an we settled for $50.00 . I never would have thought a 30 second radio advertisement could make such a difference in our lives!!
