I picked this company because I thought I was reading good reviews. However my experience has been terrible. They were readily there when they wanted to take my money but when it came time for them to call me on agreed appointment times, multiple times I did not receive a call. Even when I left a voice message and email, it was ignored. I had to call and ask for a different advisor and the next was no better. They take an already anxious situation and do nothing to assure you. Unfortunately I am in the middle Of trying to settle my tax issues so there is nothing I can do but wait on them. Just today another phone call that was scheduled and planned and I even received a reminder for did not happen with absolutely no explanation. Unprofessional and unreliable

Well just starting my adventure with Athems, and when you caint get a simple yes or no or even a text or email answered you wonder. I have hope I will be taken care of but when IRS is hot on you tail surely one would want to hear if progress is being made. So now I just blame it on the Pandemic.

I contacted Anthem Tax Service (ATS) over 18 months ago. After speaking with Greg he guaranteed that they would save me at least the cost of the program of $4500. Initially I had great hopes, but after they kept asking for the same Power of Attorney 5 times from 5 different people I started to raise flags. My account was handed off to 5 different people and none of them apparently communicate with the previous. After 18 months I have still yet to see them reduce my tax liability by 1 PENNY! And don't fall for their 100% guarantee, this is ABSOLUTEY bogus as well! I have reached out to over 5 people at ATS and have yet to receive a response after 2 weeks! THIS IS A SCAM!! Save your money.

Anthem Tax did a wonderful job representing me to the IRS. My settlement was substantially less and much more affordable that the $20k+ the IRS originally requested. I am so very happy I chose Anthem Tax!

I cannot thank Craig at Anthem Tax Services enough. First of all, he was a very good listener, and has great communication skills which is so important! He was always available, and walked through this entire process with me. He was kind and calm, and not to mention extremely knowledgeable. The most important aspect is that he delivered results- my debt with the IRS went from $27,000 to $760!! He has helped me become debt free, and I am on the road to financial stability :)

We live in Virginia. We needed to have 7 years of taxes prepared. At first it was a rocky start, our file was handed off to several different CPAs and no one was following up. BUT when Alex Fleuer requested Shannon Nazzari to handle our case EVERYTHING CHANGED FOR THE BETTER!!! She is phenomenal!! She took the time to learn about us so we didn't feel like just a number. When we asked to review a year to see if there was anything we could do to reduce our debt, her suggestions helped tremendously. 5 stars for Anthem Tax Service but 10 stars for Shannon Nazzari and Alex Fleuer!!!

David Cipolla got it done for me. At first I was not going to try to get help but I could not do it myself because I didn't even know where to start. This service was wonderful at the very first stage. However, the agent in charge of my case dropped the ball: I made all my monthly payments but it was months until a new agent picked up my case, only after my phone call inquiries. Once it was picked up, the process went quickly. The attorney assigned to my case was exceptional in customer service and speed of the process.
