I was really hesitant to sign up for a tax service because I was worried about being taken advantage of, especially when I know I don’t have money to waste. Eric Hannah was absolutely amazing! He really took the fear and uncertainty away and made me feel comfortable moving forward with the tax service. I truly appreciate his professionalism, patience, and willingness to explain the process. I’m looking forward to seeing this process through and getting the best possible outcome with the IRS. Thank you, Eric, for making what felt so overwhelming feel manageable! 🙏🏽

Unprofessional customer service
Unprofessional customer service — hung up on when asking basic questions. I reached out to Anthem Tax Services seeking guidance with my tax situation, but I was met with shockingly rude and unprofessional behavior. While trying to ask straightforward questions about my case and options, the representative abruptly hung up on me.Tax debt is already stressful enough without having to deal with representatives who lack basic courtesy and patience. If a company treats potential clients this dismissively over simple inquiries, I have zero confidence in their ability to handle sensitive financial matters or communicate reliably with the IRS. Save your time and look elsewhere for professional tax help.

Clara works hard and get results!
I worked with Clara Velez or rather, she worked for me. She is extremely professional and kind.Clara explained the process clearly and effectively communicated on my behalf. My case was complicated as my income changed frequently. Clara never gave up even though we had to change my paperwork several times over the course of time. She never made me feel like I was just someone that didn’t want to pay my debt, she understood why. Through her determination and hard work she ultimately convinced the IRS of my inability to pay over 35000.00 in back taxes! I’ll never forget Clara, as she took such a stressful situation for me and got better results than I ever expected.

Anthum Taxes above and beyond.
Originally, we spoke with a guy named Brian who I personally hit it off with right off the bat we have similar interests and family situations. He was very kind and went out of his way to accommodate us. It took some patience and perseverance, to get a solution although I was extremely happy the day I got the email saying that my large sum of taxes with the federal government had been forgiven… I would definitely recommend this company as one of integrity with the ability to help those in need. Top staffers in my personal opinion are Brian and Gina. They were very accommodating and I appreciate all of their hard work. When you pay for Anthum Taxes team to be on your side, you can expect five star service and accommodation with fantastic results. Thank you, thank you, Anthum Taxes. Todd Watts. 435-864-8822
