Jauniece and Victoria kept in touch, kept me informed. They were very clear and precise on what documents were needed from me…..long story short they were able to prove to the IRS that i could not pay off my loan. I have been put in a different tax bracket last year... Found myself owing $45,000. The gentleman that called me explained everything in great detail... I told him I needed to speak to my accountant. I have addressed this issue right away and I am not in a need for a tax break because I can't afford to pay it back. I have multiple friends with issues and I will refer this company.
