I am a new client with Anthem Tax Service, and so far my experience has been great! Senior tax analyst Eric Hannah has been very helpful with quickly understanding my unique situation. I can easily tell by talking to him that he is very qualified in resolving complex tax situations, and while doing so he has been very patient, professional, and understanding of my situation. I am putting trust in Eric and his team at Anthem that they will resolve my tax situation with satisfactory results. I picked Anthem because of the positive reviews I read online. So far they have lived up to what the reviews say about them, and I look forward to giving another positive review at the close of my case.

After calling other companies and being told they couldn't or wouldn't help me, and after literally being hung up on, I called Anthem and was put in touch with Eric, the State Tax Specialist I desperately needed. First and foremost, HE TOOK MY CALL AND HE LISTENED TO ME!!! After looking through my documents and absorbing my situation, he explained what next steps were, possible reasons for how I got in my situation, and how they could help me. I'm rarely rattled, but was a basket case when I got on the phone with Eric. I now have new understanding of what needs to take place and have hope for a better outcome, thanks to Eric expertly explaining everything. I'm already grateful for his help and guidance.
