I owed over 50,000 in back taxes Patty Cuilty and Adam Lopez was with me every part of the way, I was on a installment plan with the IRS and after talking with Patty and Adam they suggested an Offer in Compromise with the IRS.I had my doubts! after filling out numerous paperwork and sending all the needed Receipts and information requested the IRS accepted our offer and I settled for 500 dollars, which I paid off March 11th, 2024.All I can say is Patience is a virtue! Patty kept me informed. with monthly phone calls and Adam working his magic behind the scenes as my Tax Account Expert granted there was a fee for services rendered but it was a lot cheaper than owing the IRS 50,000 and you can work out long term payment plans with them. I highly recommend Anthem Tax Services for your tax needs. There were times I thought. What is taking so long? but if you hang in their Anthem Tax Services will deliver and finally you can get your life back.

Paid ATR over 10k only to be chewed out from a rep for not getting 6 years of receipts together in a timely fashion.(I received the call when my husband was in ccicu.) The tax preparer Satar was rude, wouldn’t listen, would not file an extension for the current tax year as I tried to explain he needed to wait for the transcripts. They did nothing after the filing. Now they want more money to make me compliant.?. I have been talked down to, belittled almost causing anxiety attacks. I’m loosing my home cause I can’t refi my mortgage cause of the tax liens. I can’t file for bankruptcy because I’m not current with my tax filing. When are these people going to be stopped!?!?

I engaged ATS in 2019 to negotiate a payment plan on my behalf. They also told me they would file my 2020, 2021 and 2022 tax returns for me. After four years and $5,000 and multiple requests to see any sort of verifiable evidence that they've done something, anything on my behalf, I not only find out my returns have not been filed -- although I was assured many times that they have -- but the IRS has flagged my 2021 return for identity fraud. ATS tells me that now I have to call the IRS and sort it out myself. They also told me that the reason those returns haven't been filed -- although I was told many times that they have -- was my fault. They've spent four years stringing me along, bouncing me from one person to the next, avoiding my attempts to communicate with them, trying to convince me they were working diligently on my behalf when I have no reason to believe they've done anything at all. So I fired them this month which immediately triggered an email from someone named Craig who said that he was requesting a currently not collectable (CNC) status for me and so for all intents and purposes my case had been resolved! It's so absurd it's comical. A CNC status means the IRS considers you still owe them money but they won't engage in collection efforts but the interest, fees, fines etc. continue to accumulate which IS NOT what I hired them for. I see from the other reviews here that they have done that many times for customers which requires nothing more than a request and a tax form be sent to the IRS. Something anyone could do themselves for the cost of a postage stamp. ATS is either incompetent or an outright fraud. I too will report them to all the appropriate agencies. Any reply they provide to my review will just be a continuation of their unethical business practices. Don't fall for it.

IRS said I owed over $37,000 for three tax years. Yet, we paid every year. Tried writing letters, calling and no one responded. Called Brandon Davis at Anthem Tax Services. He got us on the phone with the IRS. Turns out our payments were not applied to the tax years and we’re sitting in a holding account no one told us about. Thanks to Brandon’s expertise and knowledge, all was fixed and while we still owe, it is $8,000 compared to $37,000. I highly recommend Anthem Tax Services and Brandon Davis, specifically. What a Christmas gift!

Unfortunately, for me, Anthem Tax was not beneficial for me. I gained nothing from this relationship, but lost plenty of money that they charged me for which I have nothing to show for it. I would advise you to go look at the complaints at the Better Business Bureau and then decide for yourself if you want to risk your money and or savings with this company. I would definitely recommend asking all those hard questions before submitting your payment, which is required in full at the time of the contract.

BEWARE!! The price can be negotiated down on average 35% from the initial ask due to the other 1,000 companies that offer the same services. They are not good, and have EXTREME turnover. I got Anthem tax service to help out with my tax debt All I got in 3 years is my property to have tax liens, not a payment plan set up and no reduction on penalties. They switch us from one office to another then kept wanting more money before they quit returning my calls. I hired them in Jan 2017- 2019 then I gave up trying to get help
