Has a Gen 2 of the solx c1000 as disappointed and it didn't have nearly the capacity or the options to add an expansion I wish I could get my money back and buy a bigger unit

Solid quality, good price

Great product. When tested at home with real-life usage (fridge, kitchen appliances, etc) all went perfectly. Good price, prompt and safe delivery. I got the Gen 1 because the expansion feature keeps the overall weight down so my wife can move it by herself (we are old).

Op 15 januari een bestelling geplaats. na 3 weken is een nog steeds niet de toegezegde prijscorrectie doorgevoerd. 1 model is niet meer leverbaar en hier wordt een alternatief met een levertijd aangeboden of we hebben de optie om de order te cancelen. Dit zegt ook al wat over de organisatie (iets verkopen wat niet meer in het magazijn staat) en voor een langere levertijd hebben we ook niet gekozen op het moment van bestellen. We hebben juist voor Anker gekozen t.o.v. een ander merk omdat we juist dit wilde voorkomen. Jammer, want het product zelf ziet er mooi uit.

The packing was amazing. I read a lot of information regarding my unit. I was extremely sad, to find out that 1 electric heater would only last about 2 hours if that. I get its all about the wattage. But, with my hubby in the last stage of Conjective heart failure, I had to rely on my own skills. I bought it to save him from the cold if we lost power. Well, it will NOT help that much. I will now have to buy new heaters that have a lower wattage. Didn't see that 1 coming. Im not a technician nor do I harbor any kind of wattage knowledge. So, I really thought I was doing a pretty good job. Bottom line, when yiu dont know, and or have someone to help, it sucks. I do love the ability to pull it, that it will run all the smaller items in my house. So there are some major benefits that it has. I have a natural fireplace, but I would have to stay up all night with him in the living room. Lol. Thats where he sleeps. I know I will figure it out. Conclusion, look at the wattage, look at the power before you jump. My situation is unusual, I think!! My 3 stars are only because the power of total wattage was so far off. Maybe its my own fault! Maybe if they would have done so, I would Not be writing this follow up So, 7 months have gone by, and to know that the portable power bank, will only run, coffee pot, your cell phones, small items. I have bought 59,000 amps powered packs that pretty much can change a lot. Plus for the amount of money I spent on this unit. Even a heating blanket, well, that's just a joke I guess I should have known more about watts, amps ect, but I'm kinda by myself. I only used it 1 time for his heater, that lasted about 45 minutes. I was beyond disappointed, frustrated and down right mad. To return it was almost beyond my capabilities due to being disabled my self So, yeah, I have their power unit, just can't use it for what I needed it for. I wish I knew more. Truly sucks.
