Everything went smoothly!

I have used my F3800 Plus twice now for outages and it has perfomed amazing both times.

Don't listen to anyone who pushes this junk from a junk company that hasn't paid for it with their own money. Because once you hand over your money the customer service from anker doesn't exist unless you like talking to AI. once you finally receive your equipment in my case after a month of emails when something brakes and it will good luck with what has to be the worst warranty in the world, because apparently the free 400 watt solar panel i received with my 7k dollar purchase only has a 4 month warranty instead of a 2 yr warranty you get if you paid a 1k dollars for it. Avoid my mistake spend a little extra and buy the Ecoflo system.

I received my generator on time even though it was during a snow storm. Although I did not lose power, I was anxious to try it out. I connected my space heater and it stayed on for hours unlike others that could not even power it up. I am very pleased with it and would certainly recommend it.

Easy ordering, quick delivery, well package as box was damage but product was fine site easy to navigate

I never received my order. Only part of it. Still missing panels.

Accuracy of delivery communication could have been better. Hard to plan to be home for delivery when comms give you multiple inaccurate updates. And the only response is be patient.
