Easy to setup and to use.

I bought a generator with anker solix. It arrived 2 weeks after i ordered it, and i did not have a use for it anymore. That same week that arrived i started contacting customer service, but it took me about 3 days to be able to start a chat. Needless to say that there was no phone call with a live person, which started to make me feel suspicious. I finally chatted with someone who sent the return label. I sent it the very same week, and it arrived last Friday. I have not gotten my refund or have been able to chat to someone on their website. It makes me very weary if this company should be trusted. I just want my money back. I bought it from them because a friend suggested it, but it has Not been my experience so far.

Have not needed them yet but like what there capable of doing

The battery I bought broker my refrigerator. AnkerSolix is trying to just give me $60 refund instead of processing the return. Here is what their chatbot said: "Thanks for your information! I'm very sorry to learn you wan to return the product. In situations where a return is not due to a product defect, I’m afraid the buyer is responsible for shipping the item back. Because of that, it might prove to be more cost-effective and less hassle for you to simply keep the item in case you ever would use it. If you would like to keep the item, we will offer you a partial refund of 60 USD back from your purchase to help you get an item that will actually work for you, which will be issued back with the same method your initial purchase was made. I realize this is not a perfect solution, but since it could be a headache for you to have to cover the shipping cost, repackage the item, go to the post office, and then wait for the refund to process, would you rather go with the partial refund instead? This is probably the most convenient option for you, and we could process everything without you needing to send the item back. Please let me know if this offer is something you're interested in. If you still want to return the item, just let us know and we will give you the return address in the next message. . Looking forward to helping resolve this as soon as possible!"

Plugs in well with my C1000 power station. Also integrates with it well, it charges last and discharges first when hooked up. The only minor thing is that it doesn't sit securely on top of the C1000. A bit wobbly, so I place it beside the C1000. If I could give it a 4.5 I would

This unit has done what i needed with capacity to spare. Havent had a chance to try the solar panel yet but it appears well made with no flaws. This has been fantastically convenient and well worth what i paid for it.

Unit was delivered on time and well packed no damage to it.

It started out badly. No communication, no emails about delays. All in all, I waited 3 weeks for my combo pack. If it wasn’t for the online team getting involved and making delivery happen, I would have cancelled this order and demanded mu money back. Hope you treat your online team well. They saved this transaction
