I can't use my 5500 generator with a…
I can't use my 5500 generator with a Watchdog Power Center. Creates an E5 (reversed polarity) error with a ground bonding plug and open ground error (E7) without. The entire reason I purchased the generator was to use it with my RV but not plugging into my arc with an EMS in between.

Excellent customer service!
I had a little issue with the new plugs setup for the 3800 plus and customer service was very understanding and tried very hard to resolve the issue.

It was a gift
I got this for my daughter. She saw mine sitting on my bookcase and asked about it. I gave her a quick rundown on its potential uses and she was sold. I ordered it the same day. I got her the solar panel bundle to expand her charging alternatives.

Cord
It's still in box your portal 2-200 watts would not keep up with my RV so I got a 4x6 panel. I'll test it out in Talladega in October. First day was good no sun on sat set me back had to charge unit with RV generator.witch beat the purchase on the F-3800

Easy order process
Easy order process. Great email comunication. Shipped and arrived promptly. The C2000 Gen 2 has the reserve I wanted. Easily powers our truck camper overnight with enough left for my wife to run a hairdryer in the morning. Recharged with a small generator with reduced input at 800 watt in just over a hour. Very manageable 41 lbs. Thanks
