Outstanding product performance precisely as described we love it, used it for all sorts of things. We never thought we would besides backup power right now it’s in my storage building providing power for the whole building even run a small mini split 9000 BTU mini split lights power tools this thing is great.

Produkt super. Service nicht gut Wir haben das Produkt über eine Firma Solago gekauft. Es war alles super. Dann kam im Juni ein Update von der Firma Anker und dann fingen die Probleme an. Seit dem läuft nichts mehr immer wieder wurden wir aufgefordert Videos aufzunehmen. Und dann tat sich wieder Tage lang nichts. Die ganzen heißen Tage konnten wir nicht nutzen. Leider wird uns das keiner ersetzen das wir den Strom dann teuer kaufen mussten. Jetzt im September hat man uns gesagt das wir die Batterie zurückgeben sollen. Leider geht da das nächste Problem los. Nicht jeder verschickt die Batterie.
