Me ayudo a solucionar mi problema de facturas y se lo agradezco demasiado me salvo la vida

I think Animaker is great and easy to use. I come from a non digital background and have used it multiple times over the years, for both University assignments and for 2 of my occupations creating training videos. Would definitely recommend it to people wanting to create videos or animations and to be creative.

Very easy to use and good results in a short time. However, there are still some errors in the software that need to be fixed. Ashik from Animaker has always been quick to help me with my problems.

Rendering the video takes a long time. In the past week, I experienced a really long rendering time that I did not experience when I was creating my previous animations few months ago. Hopefully, it is just a temporary issue. On the other hand, the customer support was very helpful both with the rendering issue and also restoring accidentally deleted project.

I was frustrated with the amount of time my video publishing was taking before it became available for me to use. Usually around the 4 hour mark I would lose patience. (Yes, 4 hours). It was if the process would just hang, and no one seemed to notice, and try as I might to contact customer service through the chat, they were slow to respond. But today Ashik made things happen much more quickly! And kept me informed throughout. Otherwise I like Animaker, it makes creating animations very possible, once I got through the learning curve (which wasn't very steep). There are one or two things in the design of the tools in Animaker I would like to see changed, but that's for another day.

I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Ashik, and I must say, his assistance was truly outstanding. Ashik promptly responded with a solution and went above and beyond to ensure my issue was resolved efficiently. His professionalism and willingness to assist were evident throughout our correspondence. Thanks to Ashik's invaluable help, I was able to overcome the obstacle I faced and continue using Animaker seamlessly. I am thoroughly impressed by his dedication to customer satisfaction and his commitment to providing exceptional support. His proactive approach and prompt resolution of issues undoubtedly make him an asset to the Animaker team. Thank you once again, Ashik, for your outstanding assistance.

One of the standout features of Animaker is the vast selection of animated characters and props available. The ability to customize the characters' appearance and movements added a delightful touch of personalization to my videos. Additionally, the text-to-speech feature was surprisingly accurate and saved me a lot of time in recording voiceovers. Made me a pro!

THIS IS TERRIBLE YOU NEED TO PRESS PLAY AND 10 DAYS LATER IT STARTS PLAYING I HATE THIS SOFTWARE AND I WOULDN'T BE USEING IT IF MY SCHOOL DID NOT MAKE ME USE IT
