Animaker Inc.Reviews of animaker.com

I write/record kids music and thankfully stumbled upon Animaker. My kids love animated music videos - much more than "real life" people videos. The extensive Youtube library showing how to use the software was invaluable. After a few hours using it, I can now generate music videos pretty fast and, most importantly, my kids love them.

The help assistance from Animaker was a great support to me. I particularly value the quick email responses I got. My issue has bees quicky solved.

First time I’ve used trustpiolt in over 5+ years because I have to warn people off this website! 1-The positive comments must be scamers/people associated with the company because no way can they be about the same Animaker I’ve been using now? 2. I’ve been using Animaker for two months now as it’s the best priced video maker out there for what I want to do however after 2 months I am here to tell you to save your money!! Where do I start?! It simply cannot cope. It’s that basic. After 7/8 scenes with props and multiple things in the system simply crashes. Whether that’s constant crashes, changing things on its own, delays, anything you can imagine when a system “crashes” happens. Far too regularly. I have hit 90% completion on projects only for Animaker to decide to take me back to 20%. Horrendous. The customer service is embarrassing. I pay for premium which is their 2nd best package and it’s supposed to have constant live chat, guess what? I wait a minmum off 6/7 hours for a reply everytime, if you have an issuer expect your project to be delayed by a day until it’s resolved. Simply atrocious, I’m just finishing a project and it’s why I’ve wrote this. A project that should have finished last Saturday is getting done now on Thursday because of the continuous errors of Animaker. Honestly my month is up with them next week and I can’t wait to leave forever. It’s made me realise sometimes it’s just better to pay for the better products. Never again and if this review helps anyone avoid the stress this video editing tool has caused me then at least that’s a postive :)

Animaker is amazing! It is really intuitive and easy to use. The team has done a wonderful job of putting this together and continues to make it even better. Speaking of the team, they are super responsive if you run into any issues or have any questions. Thanks Animaker!
