The product experience: I didn't use animaker more than a week, due to the weakness of their product, they don't have audio cleaning tool, no enough media elements to use while editing, no way to edit subtitles while video editing, only uploading file or other ready choices, The video editing tool is really bad and slow that it doesn't get the work done quickly and efficiently. Support: they charged me with the full package's amount, although I requested to cancel my account early and before the first 2 weeks end, but still didn't get any full refund. The communication with the support team wasn't effective and efficient at all, I am really shocked of how bad the experience was and I recommend anyone to think twice before purchasing their product.

I have used this product a few times for church promotion and find it a creative way to get our message across to the community we serve.

This software is awesome and great who are new to animation industry. I have been using After effects and premier for these kind of content creation but in Animaker it was really quick with good quality.

I’m a software consultant myself (for LMS) and I use Animaker in my free time. I’ve compared several animation software before I decided for animaker. Here my findings: PROS: - Charming animation style - Many manual and automatik animation options - Great library of props, backgrounds, and music - big variety of different usage templates - continuous effort for extending AI services - huge variety of character customizations available - continuous effort to add designs and animation, extending all libraries - great phone app capabilities for on the go - regular special offers >> most important: VERY good support! With my own experience of 17 years in international software support, I can testify that this team really cares and listens. > Support ist most important because there is no such thing as a perfect software. Software needs continuous updates, fixes, and development. The support quality is the meter that shows you if a company cares for their product or not. Animaker does! CONS: - Sometimes short moments of slow system but it’s nothing dramatic. - animation templates sometimes differ depending on which character you choose (they are working on it) - no effect sounds yet (they are working on it) Conclusion: I’m happy I chose Animaker. The software has some small imperfections but nothing major, and the team is continuously working on improving things. All in all definitely worth it. But such software must be learned folks. It’s nothing you test 10 minutes and that’s it. So, take the time to learn your way into it, and you’ll love it, I’m sure ;)
