Animaker Inc.Reviews of animaker.com

THIS SOFTWARE IS ABSOLUTE GARBAGE!!! While there are some fantastic assets included in their library the editor is completely useless and frustrating to use, rendering the assets useless as well. Why they have so many positive reviews here is beyond me. Look up any review or comparison on YouTube and you will most likely find Animaker at the bottom of the scorecard. They have no right to charge people what they do for this platform and the NO REFUNDS policy ties you to this, costing you more time and headache by being locked into a contract. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!

My experience with Animaker has been incredibly positive and transformative for my business. As someone who previously struggled with video creation, I've found Animaker to be a game-changer in helping me produce high-quality, visually-engaging content without the steep learning curve or major financial investment typically required.

Rufus really went out of his way to help me. I canceled my subscription because I really need an AI and I couldn't afford to upgrade my package. Since I hadn't use the site he offered me the Starter upgrade or to pause my membership. I was shocked. Very few places would do that. They take your money and run. He did everything he could to assist me. Now that's the way to run a company. That meant a lot to me. Besides, I searched a lot of video/AI sites that I can operate fairly easy since I am a beginner. I couldn't use them because they weren't user friendly. They were geared more towards professionals. It was so frustrating. When I saw Animaker I tried it and was able to easily understand how to operate it. The tutorials for specific questions were a genius idea. No one wants to watch long tutorials that in the end accomplish nothing. I highly recommend everyone use Animaker. It's like one stop shopping. You get an easy to use site and the best customer service. Rufus is my hero.

Merci !

It is very help full app, and good customer service

Leider schlechte Erfahrung.

poorly made site
