Horrible
Horrible. They charge you $7 fee to return things and $8+ for shipping. They claim to give you trophy points but their system never signs you in properly to use them helf the time.

Second review
Second review. The customer service is worse then I described in my last review. It took a review to get some action, the excuse of covid is not acceptable when it has nothing to do with the lies told by customer service. Have sent 2 emails and not one response in 7hours after they need my email to process my refund( which they have ) for PayPal. Still jo sign of a refund. This is beyond ridiculous. I have never had this much trouble with a company before and can't express how awefull it is to deal with them !

Terrible customer service and lies
Terrible customer service. Ordered on the 26th, still hasn't moved from the location. They said they would refund then say they have to wait. No consistency, I highly recommend not buying from these guys! Nothing but hastle and lies!

Customer Service Fail.
Its the year 2021 - Andrew Christian can still not send international parcels and provide tracking information!?!? The parcels go missing or undelivered, and you have to sit on email to their poor customer service department to try and resolve the situation.... no mention of resending the goods or refunding you etc. It has been almost a month and my goods are not traceable and not delivered.

Ich warte schon vier Wochen auf meine…
Ich warte schon vier Wochen auf meine Bestellung. Erst gab es über zwei Wochen Probleme mit Versand. Dann eine Woche Probleme mit der Fluggesellschafft. Und jetzt ist es vor vor vier Tagen endlich am Bestimmungsort angekommen, aber keiner weiß wo es ist und wie es weiter geht. Sch... SERVICE. Bin echt genervt. Das Geld haben sie schnell abgezogen. Nie wieder!!!!!!!!!

Item Never Sent
I ordered swimwear in November for Christmas and despite taking my cash, AC never lodged the parcel for shipment. After customer ‘service' tried to make me sort it out with the shipping company, AC eventually refunded my payment. Of course, a month later when my parcel never arrived, there's no stock to re-order. I pass on AC' s hollow and worthless apology to those expecting swimwear for Christmas. Save your breath on your useless apologies and get your!@*€ together on good business processes. I'll not waste anymore time nor effort on purchase here anymore.

2 months and still no order!!!
Holy smokes! I’ve been waiting for over 2 months for my parcel and still no update from the USPS. MY parcel has been in transit for like 2 months?!?! Seriously, a 1 star is too much. I mean I get the whole COVID situation, but 2 months is abit excessive. I’ve tried contacting customer support, and I must be honest, I’ve not had a problem reaching them. The only problem was the first time I tried contacting them, the agent didn’t communicate the shipment details clearly and I only found that out once I contacted customer support for the 2nd time. Is anyone else having this problem? I mean I think the underwear itself is amazing, but the delivery is definitely something they should work on. They should seriously include taxes in their shipment to make the delivery process easier, as well as teaming up with better couriers because this is actually unacceptable. 2 months and still no order? I’m dying to order again, but that would have to be in the future, definitely not now. I am in South Africa.

One star is too many
One star is too many. Been more than a month since order and nothing. No response to requests for updates. They spam you with email even though I specifically opted out of email when ordering.
