not worth the hassle
Put a small order in first to see what the product is like. Have to say, the pants I've chosen to keep are very nice, comfortable and feel sexy BUT the easy returns process..... that's just sarcasm and a con. I followed the instructions on line and registered with the organisation that they use to take payment for the returns postage but the website goes in a loop and you receive multiple charges on your card for the $6.50. First time I tried 8 charges but because it didn't complete they only came across as pending and didn't actually charge... but that was a worry. Tried again today and have 10 charges. I am not stupid but I've been made to feel like one. Have been given instructions to return manually. Not that easy when they don't give you the tax references and HS Codes. Who needs the hassle??? Unfortunately I placed a second order and that's arriving soon. Fingers crossed I don't feel the need to return anything. I think they bank on you giving up and not bothering which is how I feel about what I have to return. Hassle + Cost of £11 returns to get £50 refunded. I'd rather give the shorts to someone that they fit. I will never be buying from these guys again!!! Warning!!!
