Responsible and kind
Even when I didn't receive my order due external reasons, they behaved professionally and assumed the responsibility and took care of the matter.

I’m a new customer
I’m a new customer, but Andrew Christian is definitely one of my faves now! My order came quick, and when there was a slight little mix up, the customer service was amazing! I just got my order in today and I’m about to place another! As a business owner, the thing I appreciate most about brands is the way they value their customers, which AC clearly does. Loves it! Customer service is terrific
Customer service is terrific. An issue arose and was dealt with immediately and generously. Although the shipping price is not cheap, it is extremely reliable. If you want special sexy underwear for the coming weekend, this is the place to go! The pics and blogs are often fun, too.

Great customer service and super fast…
Great customer service and super fast shipping. My order arrived in two days from the west coast to Florida. I've had good service with Andrew Christian since I started using the products about 7 years ago.

Had an issue with an item missing on an…
Had an issue with an item missing on an order. I sent an email and the response time was fantastic with a resolution already in place. They couldn't get the item resent so they gave did more without me asking. They went above and beyond and took care of me without telling them how. Now a days company's do not so this! Never had an issue with the customer service here

Andrew Christian: A company that steals from gay people
Made a purchase with Andrew Christian. Attempted to log in to track my parcel. The log in failed to log me in, so I sent reset password request and nothing. I’m in the UK so I’ve been patient and allowed for the corona malarkey shipping craziness. However, I contacted their delivery service UPS/I-Parcel and gave the tracking number that is stating delivered and they said they have no idea what that is. I am enraged. What a hoax business. This was my first time purchasing underwear of this nature and this company had completely and utterly RUINED the experience. If you’re reading this, DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM. I don’t have any other option now but to contact my bank for a dispute and contacted the trading standard here for their deceitful selling. This is a rogue company preying on “Pink money” Andrew Christian and his company needs to be thrown out. Plenty of other retailers of this nature who are honest and selling legitimate products.
