August 2026 one good thing the shipping was quick to get the bike after ordering, how ever the bike and battery had a production date from June 2024, the battery is junk and won't take a charge it took customer service quite a few days to respond to multiple calls and emails. They dragged their feet to ship a battery and finally shipped one now but its shipping from China so it seems to be taking quite a while and I have no idea when I will receive that. I also ordered a rear cargo basket for the bike that they tell me now won't work on the bike. Overall customer service was slow to respond to my first few emails/ calls and slow to ship out the replacement battery. I am hopefully the replacement battery won't be over two years old! Added 9/16/26 Its now been 21 days with a bike that doesn't work and don't know when the replacement battery is coming i have received tracking so hopefully it will arrive soon. They definitely took their time to ship it out! Still haven't heard if they are going to do anything about the basket or sending out the rear rack

I bought this 26 inch mountain E bike on June 12. After assembly and charging there was no power to anything on the bike. After contacting Ancheer about the problem and having to make several videos of pinpoint checking on the battery with voltmeter, they determine the battery was bad. They told me the batteries were on backorder that I would get it in July. Then they told me that the batteries didn’t come in and that it would be in August. Then when they didn’t come in, they told me it would be 1 September. Now they won’t return my emails any longer. They are totally ghosting me. These cheap Chinese bikes are great until you have a problem and then you have to rely on the Chinese to make good. I don’t believe them to be trustworthy so I’ll buy a battery on Amazon and I will never buy another cheap Chinese piece of junk bike. I also advise you to do the same.

Buying and shipping were great. The only issues I had were two striped bolts on one unit and the rear fender on the second bike I bought had to be slightly modified so it didn't rub the back wheel. They run well so far but we just test drove them and have not gone on a long ride yet.

Fairly easy to put together, one of them. The other one came with chain off but went back on pretty easy but the plastic chain guard had a piece broke out of bottom, but one bad thing was a bolt for fender and rack was cross threaded and would not come out. Took about 20 minutes to get out turning and pulling with needle nose behind head. Other than that they work and ride good. Wife doesn't like pedal assist yet, says it feels like someone gives it a sudden push from behind on the Gocio Cruiser and mine is the same but doesn't bother me so much. Overall a good product, rides and shifts smooth.

Getting parts for your electric bike is zero to none. Customer service is useless. The gladiator is great only when it runs. If not it does pedal pretty great.21 speed is very easy on the legs. Ancheer differently need to fix parts supply demands.
