I’m still waiting for a response. I wanted to buy a battery cradle and an odometer for my bike because it’s not working and I just bought a battery replacement. It’s not working. Nobody responds when I call the Phone Number. They tell me to write when I write nobody writes back.

Whatever you do don't buy from this…
Whatever you do don't buy from this company. I put an order in for a battery charger for an older style Ancheer bike takes a 36v because I was having battery issues. Couldn't find a replacement battery but I got a charger for my old one hoping that's all it was. I placed order but within an hour I canceled that order and just bought a whole new bike because i could not find the 36v battery. Its like they stopped making them. They told me that they would try to intercept the order but it was already shipped. So in an hours time they packaged and shipped it so they said! BS! 🙄 I called the customer service number it went no where. I emailed them and asked for a return label to send package back they told me I had to pay to return it. ??? I checked with mail carriers and they wanted almost 20$ to ship it back. It literally weighs 1.04 lbs. 20$ is half of what the actual product cost. I emailed multiple times about the issue only to be told that's on me!! Luckily I ordered the bike through Amazon where if you run into issues you can get helpful service and return things without a fight. The charger i guess im gonna side sell it to try to recover the 52$ that was kept. Pretty messed up the order was not canceled when we know they did not ship it in an hour of the order being placed. Then the phones went no where so no human to speak to. Then after back and fourth to be told its on me to pay for return on top of they sold a bike that they dont have replacement batteries for. WTF ! Worst service and worst customer service I've ever delt with in my life! This will be the last bike I ever purchase from this company even if its through another seller. They make the bikes then discontinue major parts making the bike unusable then sell you things that you cant just simply send back because you decided to spend 500$ with them instead of 52$ with them. Rotten service rotten customer service. Im already poor and use the bike for getting to work now you keep my 52$ cause you can. Highly recommend buying from someone who has customer service.

I changed my mind upon delivery and…
I changed my mind upon delivery and I’ve been given a hassle to return the item back to the merchant. I’m well within my money back guarantee window 🤷🏻♂️
Response from ANCHEEROct 14, 2026
Dear DEEZ,
You're inside the window, and you shouldn't have had to chase us for a label. Changing your mind is a normal part of buying a bike — the money-back guarantee only means something if using it is easy. Making it hard is a failure in our process, not a flaw in your request.
Here's what's happening now:
No restocking fee. Full refund of your pay.
If pickup turns out to be the hold-up, tell me and I'll refund in full and leave the bike with you / send a local service partner to collect it. You shouldn't have to become a freight dispatcher to get a refund we already owe.
Reply here, or email [email protected] with subject "[Order #] — return." I'll track it personally until the funds are in your account, and I'll message you at each step instead of waiting for you to ask.
Best regards,

Srimathi
quality
It is not sturdy
Response from ANCHEEROct 10, 2026
Dear Srimathi,
"Not sturdy" could mean five different things on this bike, and I don't want to guess and send you the wrong fix. Can you tell me which one it is — frame or weld, handlebar/stem, pedals, rack or fender, or the kickstand? A single photo of the part is enough; no video, no measurements.
While you're at it, two things genuinely fix most "flimsy" complaints on a newly assembled bike, because they ship from the factory under-torqued:
Wheel axle nuts and quick-release skewers — hand-snug isn't enough; these back off within a few rides and make the whole bike feel loose.
Stem bolts and pedal threads — pedals especially: left pedal is reverse-threaded, and if it wasn't driven fully in, it will feel like it's coming out.
Then here's the line I won't cross: if it's the frame or a weld, stop riding it and tell me. I'll process a full refund or a replacement frame immediately, no return argument, no troubleshooting loop.
Otherwise, name the part and I'll ship the replacement free. Email [email protected], subject "[Order #] — sturdiness", or just reply here.
Best regards,

New bike could not use because customer…
New bike could not use because customer service email demanded a video I could not provide with a Samsung galaxy because they said video format was not accepted;their phone line 1(626)688-9296 kept saying not accepting phone calls at this time
Response from ANCHEERSep 16, 2026
Dear Bart Hebert,
You have a bike you can't ride, and we made you feel it was your phone's fault. It wasn't. Our support inbox rejects large attachments and the HEVC/H.265 format Samsung records by default — that's a defect in our intake system, and asking you to work around it was wrong.
The phone line is equally inexcusable. A dead bike shouldn't also need a working ticket number to get help.
Here's what I'm doing now, so you don't have to fight two broken channels at once:
No video required. Your order number and the symptom are enough. I'm authorizing the [replacement parts / prepaid return + full refund] today — whichever you prefer.
If you ever do want to send a file: photos, or a link from Google Drive/Dropbox, work fine. But you don't need to.
Direct line to me: reply to [email protected] with subject "[Order #]" and a real person answers the same day.
I'm also reporting the (626) 688-9296 line as unreachable and the attachment filter as broken, because the next customer shouldn't hit this either.
Sorry for the runaround. Let me get you riding.
Best regards,

Controller card burned out on e-bike I…
Controller card burned out on e-bike I bought 4 years ago and they couldn't replace it. I will have to trash my bike.
Response from ANCHEERSep 16, 2026
Dear Greg Otten,
Four years of rides, ended by one burnt board — and us telling you we can't supply it. I understand why that feels like throwing the whole bike away, and I'm sorry we handed you that answer.
Here's the honest part: the original controller for your model is discontinued, so I can't ship you that exact box. But a burnt controller almost never means a dead bike. They're spec-matched, not brand-locked — voltage, amperage, wattage, plug pin count. A compatible unit is usually a $40–$90 part, and most people who thought they'd lost their bike have kept riding for years after.
So let me try to save it before you scrap it:
Email [email protected] with subject "[Order #] — controller" and attach one clear photo of the sticker on the controller (it lists V / A / W) plus a photo of the plug. Our tech team will spec-match a compatible unit and tell you exactly what to order — no video needed, photos are fine.
If we can't match it, I'll say so plainly, and you'll get a [30% trade-in credit / $50 voucher] toward a current model whose parts we do stock.
You shouldn't have to bin a bike over one component. Let's find out if it's fixable first.
Best regards,

The breaks are horrible
The bike instructions doesn't correspond to the model of this bike, they are generic and need to be change. Some of the elements get loose very easy with the movement. As a mountain bike the suspension should be much better. And the worst thing about the bike is the brakes, they are horrible need like 10 second to stop at 15miles per hour, you can hit something while u keep pushing forward, I would not buy this bike again
Response from ANCHEERSep 16, 2026
Dear Jj Ruiz,
Please stop riding this bike until the brakes are checked. I mean that literally, not as a line — a bike that can't stop in a straight line is a hazard on a hill or in traffic, and you deserve better than a coupon for that.
At 15 mph you should be stopping in roughly 4–6 meters. Ten seconds means something is wrong and adjustable.
Also, on your other points — you're right on all of them:
Manual: the generic sheet that shipped with your box is wrong for this model. Reply with your order number and I'll send it directly.
Loose hardware: please torque-check the wheel axles, stem/fork bolts and fender brackets this week; a threadlocker on the fender and rack bolts fixes the vibration-back-off problem. Any bracket that's deformed or stripped, I'll replace free.
Suspension: honestly, this is an entry-level coil spring fork with preload adjustment only — no damping control. It's adequate for pavement and gravel, not real mountain trail. I won't pretend otherwise.
Email me at [email protected], subject "[Order #] — brakes", and I'll get the brake fix moving today. You don't need to film anything; photos are fine.

August 2026 one good thing the shipping…
August 2026 one good thing the shipping was quick to get the bike after ordering, how ever the bike and battery had a production date from June 2024, the battery is junk and won't take a charge it took customer service quite a few days to respond to multiple calls and emails. They dragged their feet to ship a battery and finally shipped one now but its shipping from China so it seems to be taking quite a while and I have no idea when I will receive that. I also ordered a rear cargo basket for the bike that they tell me now won't work on the bike. Overall customer service was slow to respond to my first few emails/ calls and slow to ship out the replacement battery. I am hopefully the replacement battery won't be over two years old!
Added 9/16/26
Its now been 21 days with a bike that doesn't work and don't know when the replacement battery is coming i have received tracking so hopefully it will arrive soon. They definitely took their time to ship it out! Still haven't heard if they are going to do anything about the basket or sending out the rear rack
Response from ANCHEERSep 16, 2026
Dear David,
A June 2024 battery sitting in a warehouse until August 2026 is exactly how you get a pack that won't take a charge. Lithium cells don't age by being ridden, they age by being stored — and a pack left at low charge for two years is often chemically unrecoverable. So the bike wasn't defective when you bought it; it was stale stock, and we sold it to you as new. That's on us.
The basket is our fault too, in a different way: our accessory compatibility info is wrong, and you were told after purchase that what we sold you doesn't fit.
On the replacement, I know "shipping from China with no date" is the last thing you want to hear. Here's what I can commit to:
Tracking within 24 hours, and I'll email it to you unprompted — you shouldn't have to ask again.
The pack will be current stock. Tell me if you'd like the production date photographed before it ships — I'll send it. You should not have to hope about this twice.
