Purchased 2 Ancel superstarters during their Labor Day Sale. Excellent communication throughout process. Fast shipping. Item arrived in a few days. Easy installation and product seems to work great, with a user friendly associated app to monitor my cars' batteries and the starter status. Also, using AI, I was able to enter info and get pointers on my battery's health and maintenance tips. Very happy with purchase. A few recommendations for Ancel: 1) have a page on website where you enter year, make, model, engine size of vehicle, and it recommends the correct superstarter, 2) include AI analysis feature into app to analyze and report battery health and maintenance recommendations.

It messed up the connection between all my computers, engine computer and transmission computer, directly after installing the device. I had to go to Autozone the have it diagnosed. It's now at the shop. Thanks a lot Ancel:(
