I recently ordered the BD500. I am located in Europe and I decide to order from Ancel as they promote they ship from local European warehouse within 1-3 business days. This was very important for me once for ecological, time and also import cost reasons. As soon as I received the shipping information I saw it was ship from HK. Not only took the shipment more than a 10 days Fedex also charged me €19,49 for customs, taxes and service. Ancel already charged me with €11.95 for shipping. If I would have know this, I would have ordered somewhere else. The product itself works fine. Update Oct. 6, 2026: ANCEL Support contacted me an explained the process. The part ships automatically from HK if the European warehouse is out of stock. They understand my frustration about the automatic part and granted the refund of the additional import costs. Even if I am frustrated about the process I am really happy about the support mentality. When something goes unexpected, own it and solve it asap. I really appreciate that. Thanks a lot.

did not work for mine

I ordered what i thought was a battery tester and they sent cables. When trying to sort this out all I am told is that "the item clearly states that the cables are not included". But they only sent me the cables. An image of the tester was advertised for £20 on their website i have sent them a screenshot. A request for further information has been sent but I have been backwards and forwards for weeks. My order on my account clearly showed the tester. After being escalated Ancel have corrected the image, so if you order just the cables then the image on the order shows just the cables. It took a long time to get to this point. The offer of a refund is appreciated but not required my issue was never about the money. Thank you to Eric from Ancel for taking the time to address this.
