Hi William, thank you for sharing your feedback. We are so sorry for the negative experience. We understand your frustration with the ECM replacement process. Vehicle functions and programming capabilities can vary depending on the specific vehicle configuration, ECU type, software version, and manufacturer requirements. While the DS700 supports a wide range of diagnostic and service functions, certain programming operations may be limited by the vehicle’s specific configuration and system requirements. Our technical team has already reached out to you by email and we hope to have the opportunity to provide further support and assist you with this case. Thank you again for your feedback and understanding. ANCEL Support Team

Hi Midwest Auto, Thanks for your feedback, and we sincerely apologize for the delayed response, as we only recently gained access to manage and reply to reviews on this Trustpilot page. We're sorry to hear about the issue you experienced with your X7 tablet. We understand how frustrating it must have been, especially when the scanner itself met your needs but the tablet gradually became unresponsive. We've contacted you through Trustpilot's "Request Information" feature. If you could provide your email address, our support team will proactively reach out to learn more about your case and see how we can assist you. We also appreciate your suggestions regarding replacement options and extended warranty coverage. Feedback like yours is valuable and helps us continue improving both our products and our customer support. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention. Have a nice day! The ANCEL Team
