Ancel super starter BS400 installed on my 19 Silverado - 2 year old AC Delco battery — and I have lots of accessories - Amps , lights , WiFi ,cell signal booster- led - overhead emergency light bar - cameras - video mirror - led power running boards … This unit stays at 100% — but my battery has not gotten over 61% , I would think on a 40 minute ride home from work that the alternator work charge it to 100% also ???? This unit gives me a good piece of mind that I should never need to use a jump box on my truck . Live in south Jersey .

Bought 2 of the Starters...a 200 and a 300. Both arrived quite quickly. 1 is currently in a SAAB 9.5 and working well. The other will need a little shoe-horning into a 9.3 Aero V6 which has zero space under the bonnet, so I will have to think outside the box.

AD700 for skoda roomster. It's a better device than I expected, I purchased to identify specific ABS light fault (identified what's wrong and which wheel). It also allows resets and shows live wheel speed data whilst driving. I also managed to recode the central locking to change the setting from a double-press to single press of the button. Previously a double press was required to unlock the back doors. Anyway, I wasn't sure the device would do this but a bit of google/ai help and I sorted it. I think certain advance functions (like locking re-code) aren't clearly displayed in a nice easy to use menu but that doesn't mean you can't achieve the desired result. For clarify, all the usual settings and config you expect is indeed in a nice menu format, including live wheel speed readout. I do recommed this, no bluetooth faff and licencing limits on an app

I found your items on Instagram and I was intrigued and I think it’s a great concept and a great idea so I purchased two of them one for myself and one for one of my customers. I reached out to you guys already once or twice and I still cannot get my serial number to download on the app. Did I load it so I can register it and start using the app to monitor the system? I know you guys got back to me a few times but have not resolved the problem yet so I’m looking forward to a response from you folks so I can get this resolved. I can clearly give you the serial number and see if you can do it and see what’s going on. I appreciate all the help. Thank you.

Don't waste your money!!!! This scanner and company are by far the biggest scam out there! Not to mention that their customer service and tech team are incompetent! I shelled out $1300 for the V6ProHD. At first, it worked great, flawless, loved it! Used it on my 2021 Volvo760 semi then used it on my brand new 2026 Pete579. Perfect!! THEN....they "updated it". Now, its useless. Worked perfectly on Paccar platform. Read, clear, perform functions, force regen, everything, loved it! After the "update", nothing. Doesn't work on Paccar or Peterbilt. Says it does not recognize the ECU, please check that it is installed and key is on. Contacted their customer service, was told to follow the appropriate channels and send in "feedback" using the scanner function. Less then 24hrs later, they tell me that the scanner is not compatible with my 2026 Pete, even though it DID work before, now nothing. Does not work on Paccar, Does not work on Peterbilt. They said use "HD Obd". It will only read codes. That's it. Wont clear, won't regen, won't do nothing. Thing worked great, they "updated" it and now its useless. 7 months now, its useless. 3 months I fought with their company and all they say is "its not compatible". Scanner did not even make it 2yrs and its worthless. Reviews all over show this is a very common issue with Ancel. Their tech team told me i can revert the scanner to a previous Paccar platform when it was working. So i asked them over and over and over how to go about it and now they are ignoring every attempt at trying to fix this POS.. they give you 2yrs free updates but render it useless after 1yr forcing you to buy a new scanner. I am done with Ancel and warn EVERYONE to avoid this company and their worthless equipment. Avoid Ancel AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!! Buy a real scanner elsewhere. Others are far superior to Ancel and their worthless customer/tech team. NOW after 8months they want to revert my scanner to a previous functioning platform after they had argued with me for 8 months telling me that it never worked and the only thing updated was the language. Figure that one out!! It worked but they tell me that it didn't work because its not compatible and reverting it will not help but NOW they want to revert it to an operating platform? It spent almost half of its free 2yrs, inoperable. So I paid for a scanner and a 2yr subscription to only be allowed to use it for a year. It has since met the trash can and I bought their competitors scanner.
