I had a defect on the clasp on my earring that unfortunately caused it to fall off my ear and become lost. Thankfully, Cherry on the customer service team was extremely helpful and guided me through the process on what to do. Cherry was supportive, courteous, and professional. She found the specific email and order number for my purchase months ago, despite the fact that I didn’t know which I had used, and directed me to the warranty claim website. She was committed to helping me and responded to every email I sent in a timely manner with a positive attitude. She has exceeded all expectations and went above and beyond in a friendly and polite manner. Cherry made this stressful experience for me into a smoother and easier one. She took my concerns seriously and I am very happy with the service I received.

I cancelled my subscription with this company in January. I noticed on my billing statement a charge for July when I haven’t bought an item since January! I went back to February in my bank history and have noticed a charge every month! I WILL be getting a refund for the charges on my card for the last SIX MONTHS when I CANCELLED my subscription SIX months ago!!!!!! Do not sign up with this company !!! DO NOT! Buy items elsewhere!
