AM Home Delivery & Trucking CoReviews of amtrucking.com

I read so many negative reviews, but my experience was very good. They removed my existing refrigerator and replaced it with the new one they brought out. Took precautions not to damage our European hardwood floors and the cabinetry enclosing the fridge. Took all the packing materials with them (without me having to say anything). Great experience until they knocked over wobbly clay pot, but they offered to replace it personally. Hard to complain about anything here!

After stressing out for a week while waiting for my couch per these Yelp reviews, I had a very successful delivery. On my scheduled delivery date, I was notified via automated phone call that my truck was an hour away. About 30 mins later, one of the drivers called to tell me they were running a bit early and to see if that worked for me. It did, they showed up, unboxed and brought my sofa inside, and placed it in my living room. They were very nice and were in and out quickly. My only complaint was that since I didn't pay for "white glove delivery", they left this HUGE box in my driveway. It took forever to break down and now I have to get rid of the cardboard. Definitely not idea. Despite the terrible reviews, I think you can get lucky with this company. Just keep your fingers crossed. Good luck!

called ahead, on time, nice guys, helpful

Well I had my doubts based off reviews after I realized they were the shipping company for game liquidations. I will say that the whole turn around time was slow but that was the shipping criteria I was informed of when I bought my tv. With all that said, aside from slow and a little, less than perfect, tracking data, I received a text for confirmation saying when the delivery was expected.it was a 7 pm to 11pm window on a Friday night which was perfect because I work during the day. The tracking still said that the tv was scheduled for correct delivery time but never showed that it left the facility so I was a bit worried that everything was going to go down from there. It didn't. I recieved a text at around 6:45 saying the truck would be here in 10 minutes. It was, the workers were cool, social, careful, and compliant. I had the white glove delivery and they made it a point to say they had to bring it in and plug it in to inspect for any issues. They didn't even want me to help. When I ordered the tv I saw a section in the cart to leave an advance tip for the delivery guys. I had no intension of paying more money when I had already paid for white glove and warranty ect. The way I see it is these guys get paid for rhe job they are doing. It's not like a waitress getting less than minimum wage. However, after my pleasant experiece I told them to hold on a second and grabbed them $50. They were even almost reluctant to take it saying, "that's not necessary but thank you". I was completely satified with the transaction overall. There are so many bad reviews that I felt the need to explain my experience.

Drivers were Derrick and Seth Professional and kind.

I was very worried reading all the bad reviews, but honestly didn’t have any major problems. Their customer service line definitely needs some work, I was on hold for an hour both times I contacted them, and got hung up on a few times. There was a few minor issues during my delivery that were due to what seemed as a lack of communication within the company, but I did get my couch delivered within the hours and on the day it was scheduled. Overall, a pretty happy customer!

AM Home Delivery drivers arrived when scheduled and did an excellent job delivering my refrigerator. The company was unresponsive to email communications.
