Not good but also not the most awful experience I've had with a shipping company. Ordered from AJ Madison. They were great. This company fails. Communication is horrible. Their automated message doesn't tell you that you MUST confirm the shipping date even though their VM message said to call if the day and time doesn't work, nothing about needing to call if it does. Well, I didn't and received a message later that the delivery had been cancelled. That's literally all it said. No further info, so I had to call. Delivery was scheduled between 5:30 pm and 9:30 pm. Super late and not crazy about that but OK. Day of delivery got a phone message that they were 30 minutes away. The call came in at 4:00 pm. I happened to be available but if I had not, would they have declared a failed delivery and made me pay for it even though they were an hour early? I assume so. The delivery drivers said they didn't speak English, which I believe was a lie. While I was plugging in the appliance to make sure it worked, they left and didn't take the boxes. I'm going to use the boxes in my landscaping but if you don't want them, watch the drivers like a hawk and make them take them.

Well, they did get it here undamaged at 17 days. They were going to have it here supposedly in 11 days but called to say their truck broke down. I’m not sure if that was real or not, but there was NO attempt made at contacting me, rescheduling when I could be home and making it right after that. You can pay to have them haul off your old appliances but they’re not taking the boxes if you didn’t pay for “white glove service”. What a joke. Their communication is worse than any co I’ve ever dealt with. You can call the number they list and it’s a call center of “screen readers” in NYC with no useful info and their supervisor won’t take your call or call you back, refused to take my call three times. Email this trucking company and you get NO response until contacting your vendor who shipped with them. If the vendor you’re dealing with says they use “AM Trucking”, I would drive four states and pick it up myself. I’ve had many things truck shipped over the years, but never an experience like this one. I generously gave "2 Stars" for finally getting it here!

1 of the 3 items to deliver was damaged. No paperwork was left to document the delivery. Neither worker spoke english. Packing debris was left in driveway.

The first delivery attempt from this company they didn't bring a dolly big enough to move the fridge and they didn't bring a third man so they made us take off work and come home and sit there for 4 hours only to be told they couldn't move it. I didn't hear from them again for more than a week so I finally called them and said hey what's going on you still have our fridge when are you going to deliver. They scheduled another delivery for a week out gave us another giant 4-Hour window and halfway through it I go hey let me call these guys and see why they're not here and they tell me the third person they needed to move the fridge called in sick at 5:00 p.m. and now they're rescheduling again. Don't bother.

Not a positive experience. The first time was good. The 2nd time, I stayed home from work and they did not arrive after waiting the full 3.5 hours window. I called them and asked for a manager to call me and they did not. I emailed management and explained the situation and they did not return my email. The 3rd time, I got 3 calls they were coming 2 hours ago and that they were 15 minutes away and then a few minutes away and I am still waiting...they have no idea what they are doing and have no control over their deliveries.

I am giving this company one more star than they deserve only because my first delivery went well and was on time. This latest one I have now been waiting 4 1/2 hours which is almost an hour outside of my window delivery time and no one has called me to say they are not coming or that my delivery would have to be scheduled or delayed. It was supposed to be delivered between 6:30am and 10:30 AM a couple days ago. However, I told them I would need 8:30am and then they didn’t tell me they were rescheduling and just didn’t come. I mean who schedules a delivery for 6:30 AM? I think there’s some sort of law that you can’t show up and make noise in neighborhoods prior to 8 o’clock. So they reschedule it for today and now no one has showed up. They have my items which are appliances and I don’t know when I’m going to get them or if I’m going to get them whether they will be damaged. I do not want to waste another day of my time and then they not come. There is very little communication with the actual people who deliver. You call the number and they cannot give you any information. They only can type in stuff and no one contact you. I’ve emailed I have called I even called the company I bought from which is AJ Madison. I am not sure exactly what to do at this point. They just arbitrarily give you a time and a date and then with that to not show up is just reprehensible. I am going to file a Better Business Bureau complaint about this company if I do not get my items today. I am not sure if they will finally show up or what to do. No way to contact anyone. You just have to wait for a random text where you cannot speak to someone. Where are my things? I am hungry and frustrated. They have the nerve on their text to say that if they reschedule they will charge you a fee, how about if they do not show up? What do I get for wasting two of my days and not communicating?

This is a company that promises delivery of purchases to your home. Problem is that they have only about six terminals in the USA. What is going to happen is that your merchandise will get sent to one of those terminals and will sit there till they get enough to make up a truckload to send in to your area. The two guys that brought my appliances out were sullen, obviously untrained and determined to do as little as possible.
