Initially disappointed with the lack of communication from AMP regarding my order, I then rapidly learned that all communication was via email as they have no over the phone customer service. Started thinking I might have been scammed, however, it all worked out and it finally arrived. Think it took about a month and a half from order to installation. Email customer service ended up being legitimate and the installation was top notch. I love this device, first exposed to it on cruise ship in gym and then ordered it while on the ship as I liked it so much. Super easy to use foe anybody and replaces all weights, it is amazing! I would have given my experience 5 stars but the lack of phone customer service does not warrant 5 stars.

I have been waiting for a platform like this! One that can help me on my journey to developing strength and improving mobility while providing expert guidance and coaching through the exercises. I love that artificial intelligence is built into the platform to help me continue to grow and develop overtime without having to create my own plan. All I have to do is show up and do the work! It’s brilliant.

Great product with an awesome workout. I have had a full gym in my home for years, and Amp blows it away. It gives a workout like a personal trainer is with you pushing you as hard as possible.

Very Important. I just confirmed with AMP that if I ever stop paying the monthly subscription - capped at $23 per month for the first 12-months - the equipment will only work in "Limited" mode. So the actual cost for the equipment is unlimited. Make sure you take this into consideration. For me, it's a deal-breaker.

The install went smoothly and the installers cleaned up just fine. The product is wonderful and very effective. I like the easy interface control and the app that learns over time. I also like the option to take it easy, burn calories faster, or go heavy.
