I have to say this is my 2nd review the first one was 5 stars. No questions asked but since I have had the device almost 15 months and with about 253 workouts there are a few issues that are no brainer for me but not for AMP. 1) When you put in a workout you want to do and say you want to work Chest and Triceps and have only 30min. The machine will throw in shoulders. Stomach and maybe some calf’s. It also allows the workout to go past 40 and even 50 min. What is the point of having certain Body parts and a time limit if it does not work. AMP does not get the issue. I am very busy so I may only have 20 mins to work out so I would like my workout to reflect that. 2.)The weight limit is starting to be an issue. 100 lbs is great but for guys like me who have worked out his entire life may need more weight. 3.) Finely I can not find out if I’m able to wash the handles or not. I have done 253 workouts in 15 months. They are getting dirty. Other than these three things I still love my AMP and we have a very interesting relationship. I do not mind paying a membership fee because is always upgrading the software and they take your suggestions very seriously. So when I hear others are having issues I wonder is this the same company. These people are on it and they always want to improve the machine.

I want to call out a few areas that excel and really put Amp in a positive light. The customer service team has been lightning fast and professional in their responses to my questions. Not only quick responses, but well thought as well. If these are AI generated, I can’t tell. Installation was white glove and flawless. Really good showing there. I’ve given myself over to the AI recommended trainings and they have been good, but it does not feel ultimately that the AI knows me and my strength capabilities after 5 weeks. I’m going to give it 8 full weeks to see where it leads me and how it adjusts as I gain strength. The team has also fixed bugs in the program realty quickly as well. I have no doubt this system will get better and better over time. I do wish they had a pro version that supported more compound movements like bench press. Happy overall and excited for my wife to get going on this with me. Ryan

Decent service took a while for them to contact me for setup, but I’m happy with the product so far. Would be 5 stars but havnt had it long enough.

Equipment was installed much too high. I cannot reach top setting nor adjust angle of arm to upmost setting. Being too high also makes several of the exercise positions impossible or very ineffective. Will need to move equipment down closer to baseboards. Please instruct your installation teams to be careful of height installation.

The Install experience was great and the people who came to set it up were very friendly. The device is smooth and quiet to operate while the app is user friendly and the workout experience is fun. Using the device is very easy. The single screen with dial really is fantastic and very smooth to operate. There is some work required from Amp to refine the algorithms used for creating workouts as it does have some quirks. For example, working out the same muscle groups on consecutive days and one workout that had 90 overhead tricep extensions in a row (5 sets of 12 followed by drop set). The accessories are of very high quality; however, the double handle provided is excessively long and there should be an option to get one that is about 12” shorter. The excessive length often forces you to stand beyond what’s recommended for the workout area which will be awkward for those who have the device set up in smaller spaces. I did buy the optional storage rack for the accessories and while it does the job well to hold everything, I do not feel it’s worth the $110 cost for what amounts to an 18” laser etched strip of aluminum. But again, this is optional. Overall, this is a fantastic product and I would recommend to others.

Initially disappointed with the lack of communication from AMP regarding my order, I then rapidly learned that all communication was via email as they have no over the phone customer service. Started thinking I might have been scammed, however, it all worked out and it finally arrived. Think it took about a month and a half from order to installation. Email customer service ended up being legitimate and the installation was top notch. I love this device, first exposed to it on cruise ship in gym and then ordered it while on the ship as I liked it so much. Super easy to use foe anybody and replaces all weights, it is amazing! I would have given my experience 5 stars but the lack of phone customer service does not warrant 5 stars.
