Delivery and installation was well managed and done professionally. We had an issue with the wall(amp needs flat surface and we had mounding had to be removed). Some cons: * There is no customer service phone number and email response is lethargic. One email a day! It’s been 4-days, I am still going back and forth get a resolution. * Don’t fall for advertisements of they would give special gift with your order and they don’t even remember! * Machine’s max weight is 100lbs. Pros: * machine is very sleek and occupies less space and everything can be done with single machine. * Subscription for entire family through single account is a plus. * I tried few exercise classes classes and enjoyed

I’m having trouble with moving the arm up and down, pulling out the knob continues to be a challenge on. It’s all the way up at the top position. Moore, if I wanted to just go and do some exercises without a program, it doesn’t log it anywhere on the app. There wasn’t sufficient training on how to utilize the app or change some of the areas of focus or remove some of the kinds of exercise exercises. You don’t want showing up on your trainings.

Hardware is very good. Software is mediocre. Disappointed no Android support. The user interface is lacking basic planning and organizing capability.

I am impressed with the quality of the machine with the combination of the options available in the app. The installation could have been so much better. After waiting over a month for the delivery, the installers were 2 hours late after about a 4 hours window. They stated that they were in an accident, but there was no communication regarding that. I called the 3rd party delivery company and they could not locate them. They showed up late at night, installed the machine, while accidentally breaking a piece on the lid that covers the unit, while lying to us stating that it does not go all the way in because it was made that way for easy access to maintenance. I was able to glue the tabs on the piece myself with epoxy and insert the cover properly. In addition, there is an extra bolt left over which still leaves me to think that it was meant for the installation.

I love the product! We have been using it now for a week and it’s awesome. Waiting over a month was a little disappointing but okay, no problem. The installation was embarrassing. Neither one of the installers spoke English and used his wife as an interpreter over the phone. It was also very clear they did not have any appreciable construction or installation experience. It took a good hour to explain to them how and where to install the damn thing. I seriously could have done it better and faster by myself. The “White Glove” install was pretty rough seeing how they were not able to explain to me how to use it.

Delivery was delayed from the initial stated date. And the installers had no idea what they were doing and they also left one of the top bolts loose so I’m stuck trying to figure out how to tighten it

When ordered, it was with the understanding the AMP would be delivered in 6-8 weeks. Even though I emailed customer service several times for a reason why it was nearing 12 weeks before it actually arrived, responses to my requests were ambiguous and never actually specified the reason for the delay.

The hardware is great, the app not so much... many improvements possible.
