Im glad i made this purchase

A phone number with the live agent would be better. I’ve had my system for a week now and I’m hearing some chirping in the mechanism that holds the rope. The straight bar is only 19 inches wide, not wide enough for most men. It should really be 24 to 26 inches wide because my shoulders are wider than 19 inches so having the option to buy a different size would be great The long straps with handles need some type of adjustability to make them a little shorter And the on off switch would be better at the top rather than the bottom. but I will say the machine itself is beautiful. The fit and finish is great. The shelf with the magnetic phone holder and charger is also great. The accessories are top quality no issues there other than the size of the straight bar. fits perfect in our home. Looks great does not take up much space and is very effective for what my wife and I need in our lives right now. I would recommend the machine and I would give it five stars. there’s just a few things mechanically that they need to work out, but it’s not a dealbreaker for most people I’m just giving some constructive criticism. I use it every day almost and I don’t use the app, but the app is good for people who are learning about the system and structure for a workout routine. My wife uses it. We chose this machine because of the size and we did not want something large with a large screen and contraptions hanging off of the wall straps and what not because it shares a space with an office for us so compact and clean lines where important overall great job Bravo 👏🏻

It pains me to write this review, as I was one of the earliest adopters of the amp, recommended it to several friends who went on to purchase it, and I'm still a fan of the core tech and the equipment itself... But the tech and equipment are severely compromised by amp's decision to increase the monthly subscription to an exorbitant amount ($36/month, more than most gym memberships), without offering any kind of tiered subscription levels or even grandfathered rates for customers who purchased the amp prior to this massive rate hike. This kind of unethical behavior should be of extreme concern to anyone considering purchasing the amp now - it's safe to say that it will continue. When one of their first subscribers is met only with 'sorry, nothing we can do', it doesn't bode well for late adopters...

My daughter has all the communications through email that the account was not active the person that works there failed to give me his last name (Que) and failed to give me his LLC to do a civil lawsuit for fraud charges. Que claims he is the only person to talk to. They are charging her $1000 with confirmed emails of cancelations. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

Setup was great , No problems. The men who installed the amps were professional and took their shoes off…we have new carpet installed . However, I sent a question to AMP and the response was ‘we will reply within 48 hours … that was a week ago! And I suspect I will never get a response now that they have my money.

I really love this machine. It’s changing my lifestyle. My only complaints are the name; I wish it was more unique making it easier to find answers on search engines. The FAQ section has never been helpful so I find myself searching for answers on google.

The order process was easy. The delivery was timely. The installation was simple. The low profile of this machine works perfectly in our house. My wife and I have been using our Amp for a few months now and we love the AI generated workouts and the ease of switching between exercises. We are looking forward to many years of training on our Amp.
