I'm very disappointed with customer service from AmeriGlide. The worse ever!!! When you want to buy something they respond within few minuts, but when you have an issue with the order it takes forever to get any response from anyone. If you have lots of time and patience buy from them otherwise you will spend most of the time calling and not reaching anyone, or writing emails and not getting any response. The product from Golden is good but not AmeriGlides...... .

A company incapable to communicate. A simple question about when the system will be delivered can not be answered. Not even an apology or explanation for a delay, nothing. Request full refund of the order, still of course no answer.

Kelly was excellent and patient. He was honest and direct in his suggestions and recommendations, thoughtful in his support during the design and measurement process and not pushy about the sale. I’d recommend him to anyone for the purchase process 100%. Hoping the delivery and installation processes will go just as smoothly. Scott from Mundelein 12/1/21

I had a great experience with your company. My sales representative Joe Graham was excellent! He walked me through the process helped me decide which as the best unit for me. He was VERY FRIENDLY, AND PATIENT. He answered all my questions and concerns. Truly a great experience.

We haven't gotten our product yet. The sales staff and ordering went fine.

Sales and installation were quick and responsive, but everything after that has been like pulling teeth. Installed at beginning of Oct, broke down mid month and Ameriglide will not answer their phone nor return messages. Only the installer would take our calls and managed to order a replacement chassis that would take "2 days to 2 weeks" as of 3 weeks ago. Terrible experience, would not recommend to my worst enemy Update: after another month or so, we finally got a hold of someone at Ameriglide who got the new parts ordered (the order placed by our installer didn't take?) and delivered, and our installer got the lift fixed. Added a star for that, but still not a shining experience.
