Cameron Bright has been professional and prompt. We have not taken delivery as of yet I will let you know how that goes I shop six or seven different companies and Cameron was easily the most professional.

i think everything is ok. I sent them my money and received a receipt of payment. The communication has been vague about when I will receive my lift. Taylor, my contact, did tell me that after the drawing has been completed and signed off on - that shipment would happen in 6 - 8 weeks. But, nothing in writing.

Roger Adams assisted me with my order and helped me arrange for a pickup at the Raliegh NC site. The installation required roughly 4 hours and once installed the device performed as it was designed to do. The single issue that I encountered was with a shortage of hardware, specifically the support bracket mounting screws. My installation required a total of 4 support brackets which required 4 screws each for a total of 16 screws. A total of 9 screws were included in my package leaving me 7 screws short of the required 16 mounting screws. I called the help line but was unable to reach anyone, so I left a message explaining the problem, but no one returned my call.

I am currently trying to convince my mother to go with Ameriglide for her stairlift. This is because of Joe Graham. Extremely professional and personable. Has a great knowledge of their product. Developed a great rapport with him. If i have one complaint, it would be that he is a fan of TTUN The university of michigan, yuck lol GO BUCKEYES !!!
