Wish I could give ZERO stars. Once again I arrive home to find my propane tank is EMPTY. I'm on automatic refill, but AGAIN, they fail to keep up. This has happened several times. No explanation each time. Last time they charged me a special fee, because I needed a refill after hours. Not exactly my fault that THEY forgot to refill my tank. Took months to get that refunded. VERY unreliable service. I have pics of the damage that were sent to them. I kept thinking someone would be back to fix it, since the driver obviously knew he drove off the pavement and damaged the adjacent ground, but NOPE

This has been the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. We’ve been without propane for 4 days now, and I keep getting information that it be delivered today, even within an hour, still no one has showed. It shows it’s been expedited, I’m at a point I’m not sure what that means, since it’s been 4 days. I’ve followed all the right protocols, nothing has worked and calling a dozen or more times!!!!! Very disappointed and very frustrated. I would not recommend Amerigas to anyone.

So, I have had AmeriGas for 2+ years now and I was credited on my account for an error made by a rep. Well I placed an order in December and and ordered in February for my residential service, both orders stated I had a credit that was used on so I wouldn’t owe anything. Now this month I get a bill for over $800 with altered statements saying I owe for both deliveries. I called and was told that I’m responsible for the bill. I had credits on my account that covered both of these deliveries then I get told “oh, we forgot to bill for another delivery which took all the credits away” Why am I responsible for an error on your side? It’s not my fault your website and emails I received said I owed nothing! AmeriGas you have lost a customer as soon as my tank is empty

Is there a worse service company than Amerigas? Doubtful. Missed deliveries after missed deliveries. Uncaring unconcerned customer service. False promises for delivery. Apr 11,2022 regular delivery day, it's getting late. Oh, we'll put you on an emergency delivery. What? It's our regular scheduled day. Didn't show up and didn't show up the next day and this is after missing our previous scheduled delivery. Now 2 consecutive missed deliveries, forklifts are out of propane. This most certainly isn't the first, or second or third or fourth occurrence of missed deliveries and false promises of getting a delivery. Enough is enough. Dump Amerigas.

Amerigas bought my local company Kellam and what a difference. - you can't get anyone on the phone that knows what customer service is. They rather have a phone tree answer the phone - they changed the rental agreement and dates and did not provide notice. - I heard others talking about how bad their service was from amerigas and they switched to Berico. Since Berico comes highly recommended. I am switching to Berico. I am still with Berico and have been pleased

after the death of my husband, I was told to open a new account. I asked to have a paper form of bills and an option to pay by mail. The agent enrolled me in bill autopay without my consent. I was trying to eliminate this option: calling, writing emails numerous times. I got answer to one of the emails that I am not enrolled in autopay. I cannot remove this option using online account tools I do not want put sensitive data as I Am afraid of being a victim of stolen identity and the banking data are required in order to sign for auto pay Propane was delivered on March 10 and I got an email invoice with information that the auto Pay is enable on my account and will be paid on the date due (March12) As today (March 13), my bill is over due I have the paper form option of the bills and waiting for it, so I can send the check.

I wouldn't even give them 1 star. They are the worse company. Don't use this co for you propane needs!!!!

The company continues to send late notices and add a $35 late fee every month although my bill is supposed to be paid automatically via credit card, which they have on file. This has happened twice before and I thought the issue was resolved after my last phone call when they acknowledged the error. When I call, the phone number looks local but I get an automated response with a long list of options, then I reach a call center that refuses to discuss the problem unless I give them a lot of personal information. They give me the run around and treat customers as if we work for them. I am canceling their propane service. Just learned I can buy my own tank and refill it like I do the gas grill, at lower cost than AmeriGas charges for annual tank rental alone. Bye Bye, AmeriGas!
