All bikes shipped from our facility are inspected by our mechanics to make sure that you receive a bike in great working order. Our inspection also activates your FULL warranty without having to take the bike to a licenced dealer for final assembly. When you call in, there are no long option menus to reach a real person. Awesome company
Awesome company, great products and fast shipping.... Ive bought recently form another bike dealer and it was a complete nightmare, Americas Bike Company saved the day and I strongly recommend them for no hassle buying!

Very nice first experience with company
Very easy to order; bike came pretty quickly; looked like the box got a little beat up, but the way the bike was packed, everything was good to go; bike was not complicated to assemble; only complaint is the quick release for the seat does not grip the seat pole as tightly as I would like; all in all, very good experience and a beautiful bike

I purchased a bike and 5 days later I get email saying that bike is out of stock. And they charged my credit card also. Not good experience with them. I will not be dealing with them in the future.

No seat in box
Bike was in good condition but evidently box was opened in China and the seat was lost .. Have been trying to contact customer service with no return call back

Edit: Nik got in touch and gave refund, after all said and done, I hold no bad will, I recommend to those in the market to deal with nik Asked to cancel a order 3 times over a week, once Fri 4/17 the following Mon 4/20 and then the Fri 4/24 of that week, I got no answers when I mentioned cancellation, but got prompt answer beforehand when discussing the order, and today 4/27 got a tracking #, already disputed the charge because I get no answer for a cancellation, will deny package if it’s still shipped after I’ve asked to cancel
