I ordered a cruiser for my daughter and received it in three days. The packaging was perfect and all we had to do was fix the front wheel, the seat , the pedal and the handlebar. My daughter and I love the bike. We would definitely buy from here again.

This is my second experience buying from this online retailer out of CA. Both experiences were seamless and required some personal assistance Over the phone and emails from Nik. He went above and beyond again this time to help me customize bikes and deliver huge smiles to 2 of my children. (Last year and again just last week during the Pandemic when availability of all kids bikes have been scarce). I recommend him and his online site personally to all my friends and family looking for a bike without any hesitation. Nik helped me find a bike we loved within my limited budget when most bikes were sold out everywhere else! He didn’t give up on the search despite his being sold out of almost all bikes. I too was persistent with him to keep on looking bc I really wanted to give him my business again! The outcome was a beautiful Redline 24” bike that my daughter Brielle absolutely loved for her 10th birthday! We switched the tires out to make her Redline unique! I ordered a Fit Series 22 bmx from America’s Bike Company. They had the bike I wanted and the price was right. My only issue with the bicycle is a 1” crack/split in the brake cable housing, likely not the fault of America’s Bike Company. Something probably pinched it during packing or shipping. I would purchase from ABC in the future.
