They found a very difficult part to find...a 28" bright red rim with 3 speeds. My original rim was bent in an accident and I searched and searched to find one to match my Neimon Marcus flowered cruiser. With a couple of emails and a phone call the rim was on its way. The rim is a perfect match and my bike is just like new!!

Great experience. No problem with Order or delivery. Maybe one little suggestion: You should have a return option for the bikes at the purchasers expense, if they don't like it.
