My son finally got his bike and he loves it very much!

The so cal bmx was sold out everywhere. I found it here and it came the day he said it would in time for my sons birthday.

I purchased a bike online. VERY SCARY buying something worth so much sight unseen, not from a big name company, and the uncertainty of the care shipping companies have when handling packages. To say I was pleasantly surprised is a gross understatement. I was IMPRESSED at how well the bike shipped and the condition it arrived in. The bike was packaged very thoroughly. Assembly was a snap! I only had to attach the pedals, saddle, front wheel, and the chain to the front cassette and I was on the road. I did read reviews on the website which made me feel a little better. However, when I emailed a few questions, not only did I get an email response, but Nik actually called me to answer my questions! I wasn't available at the time but he still left a very detailed voice message. Unbelievable! Kudos to Nik and Americas Bike Company!

I like the bike I recommend to anyone getting into biking!

Iimagine receiving better than local bike shop service even when you are not local to the bike shop. I am located in Jersey City and was buying a bike as a present that needed to meet some very specific criteria such as type of bike, components and sized correctly for my 4'9" wife. I called ABC and spoke to Nik who helped guide me through the process by asking all the right questions while keeping my budget in mind. The result was a Dahon folding bike with a hub three speed and coaster brake (super low maintenance over a derailleur setup and a coaster brake that provides, clean looks, low maintenance and great performance in wet weather, it also came with a front brake as well) not only did it have a seat that would adjust and accommodate riders from 4'8 to 6'2 but also had fully adjustable handle bars that did the same (majority of bikes do not have fully adjustable handlebars, double check if that's important to you). Bottom line, we got the right bike for a great price with great responsive and knowledgeable customer service, can't say enough. Keep up the great work ABC! Life Customer Ken Adams
