All bikes shipped from our facility are inspected by our mechanics to make sure that you receive a bike in great working order. Our inspection also activates your FULL warranty without having to take the bike to a licenced dealer for final assembly. When you call in, there are no long option menus to reach a real person. This post should be the first thing to be on American bike company site
The worst place to send your hard earned dollars , 700.00 dollars and they would not return my calls or give me info on where my bike was so after calling four times they found my bike in another state so the internet says three to five days for shipping it essentially shipped for two weeks . Customer service is last . The money was the only concern. Online purchase is a nightmare with American bike company. My money was in there hands and all I could do is hope someone would answer the phone .

This is a 10 business day turn around which we are not proud of. It also looks like we stumbled in our communications with you during this process. Outstanding customer service, great price...
Outstanding customer service is a under statement in my opinion honestly one of the best experience I have had with purchasing anything online. The level of care the I was give was out of this world thank you so much. The bike came very well protected and it was a amazing price. Absolutely love the bike and would by my next one from American Bike Company. Keep you the good work :-)
